The face of Ballymore is about to change forever with the National Rugby Training Centre on track for a June opening to propel Rugby Union into a new era.

The exciting $30 million project is progressing on time and on budget through lead contractors Buildcorp.

A cutting edge base for Women’s Rugby, the Queensland Reds, elite pathway programs and teams, plus the administration of the game will breathe new life into the spiritual home of rugby in Queensland.

Construction of the third field, with full floodlighting, is progressing at the dame time of the NRTC itself.

A start to the tiling of the recovery pools and sauna, laying carpet, painting and putting up signage are just part of the makeover gathering pace by the day, with the interior fit-out is bringing to reality the plans mapped out for the NRTC and the new McLean stand.

It’s also a tangible step forward in the construction of infrastructure for Brisbane hosting of the 2032 Olympics.
