Female Governance Program

The aim of the Female Governance Program is to enable and connect females to be leaders in our associations and clubs.

This will be achieved through a program of:

Webinars that highlight female leaders in the areas of governance, risk management, culture, finance, and strategy.
Providing a recommended curriculum of governance training courses.
Creating an online community of practice network of female governance leaders.
A library of online resources to support further enrichment of knowledge and discussion in governance.

This program equips women with the essential skills to navigate and influence governance structures effectively, ensuring they can oversee risk management, foster a positive organisational culture, and manage financial resources with integrity. Additionally, it trains participants in strategic thinking, enabling them to contribute to long-term planning and decision-making processes. By integrating these key areas, the program not only empowers women to take on leadership roles but also strengthens the overall governance and performance of organisations.
