Strategy
The Rugby Services Manager oversees the efficient administration and integrity of community Rugby competitions, including governance of disciplinary and judicial processes.
The Rugby Services Manager's strategy is centred on building a strong, sustainable community game by supporting the people who deliver it every day. Taking a proactive, service-lead approach and connecting stakeholders with the right tools, education and guidance at the right time. By strengthening capability across administrators, competition management and volunteer roles & reducing complexity, improving experiences and ensuing rugby environments are well-run, safe and welcoming for all participants.
