Queensland Rugby Union Indigenous Strategies Manager Dylan Blackman this week worked alongside Rugby Australia on a visit to Townsville's Ignatius Park College to connect with students, deliver a rugby session, and identify emerging First Nations talent.

Every visit to a school is a proud opportunity to inspire the next generation.

Seeing young people engage, ask questions, and believe that a future in rugby is possible is exactly why these programs matter.

Whether their journey leads to Queensland, national representation, or simply a lifelong love of the game, every opportunity starts with exposure.

Thank you to Ignatius Park College for your ongoing support and commitment to creating opportunities for your students. Together, we're continuing to grow the game and strengthen First Nations pathways across Queensland.
