Representative School Sport Convenors - Registrations now open

Queensland Rugby and the Queensland Government are partnering to enhance the quality and quantity of school sport performance pathways and create positive participation experiences for all participants.

We are seeking to encourage teachers to apply for 2023 Rugby Union Convenor positions across Queensland School Sport Regions and Districts. Working closely with the Regional Sport Offices the delivery of high quality, inclusive trials by the convenors will support increases in quality and quantity of participation in Rugby Union across the state.

Queensland Rugby Union will be supporting these convenors with priority access to best practice accreditation and education courses, policy frameworks and networking opportunities.

If you are a registered teacher and interested in supporting the development of Rugby across the state by nominating to be a convenor, please contact discuss with your school and apply through you Regional Sport Office.
