Reach Out

Phone, Text & Online Support
Free phone, text and online support

A number of support line services exists for when you want to reach out to talk to someone. Most lines provide general support and can chat to you about whatever it is you may be struggling with, others are more specific as detailed below. They provide non-judgemental support, resources and information on further options available to support you, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation.

Whilst they provide immediate support, helplines can experience a high volume of calls at times. This means you might not get connected immediately but have to stay on the line a little until you talk with someone, a trained operator will pick up as soon as available.
