GCTA Gold Coast

GCTA is coming to the Gold Coast this September and October! Come try it for free at our Come & Try Clinic on Monday 29 September at Pirates — no experience needed, just come have a go.

Then join us for our 4-week program running Tuesdays 5–7pm at Pirates throughout October starting 6th of October. Whether picking up a rugby ball for the first time or chasing new challenges, Gold Coast girls really can tackle anything! 🏉✨

Step 1: Click “Register for October Program” to open the Rugby Portal and sign in by entering email address and password. 

Step 2: Select who you would like to register, click “Continue”

Step 3: Enter Club name and “search” (if you use the above link, the club should appear for you automatically)

Step 4: Click Club name and “Next”

Step 5:

• Select Registration Role – Program Particiaptn
• Registration Type – Rugby, Her Way
• Duration – Season,  click “Next”

Registrations will display as open or closed

• If open, continue through the process.
• If closed, please contact your club for more information. 

Step 6: Personal details will appear for the individual that you are registering, click “Next”

Step 7: Ability to add a Profile Photo (including a selfie) or click “Skip”

Step 8: Additional details will appear depending on your Rugby Region, complete the required details and click “Next”

• Parent/Guardian Details and/or Emergency Contact Details
• Additional information:
  • If under 18 enter weight and/or height plus school and/or grade.
  • In Australia, non-playing members are also required to enter their WWC details.  
• If under 18, participants will be required to add a minimum of one and maximum of two parent/guardians.
• If over 18, participants will be required to add an emergency contact.

Registration summary will appear

• Registration Fees expand to show the breakdown of registration fees.
• The transaction fee will appear 
• Agree to National Registration Terms and Conditions

Step 9: Click “Pay”

Select payment option

• Enter credit/debit card details; or
• Proceed through Buy Now, Pay Later option

Click “Make Payment’

• Confirmation screen will appear with "Finish" and confirmation email will be sent to the registered participant
