GCTA Coordinator

Girls Can Tackle Anything Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring every program experience is fun, safe, and consistently high quality.

They work closely with their local association and the Female Projects Manager to deliver the program to girls aged 5–12, while also coordinating local female-only courses and workshops — including coaching, officiating, and Coaches of Female sessions. Coordinators support logistics, promotion, and communication to ensure every part of the program runs smoothly.

In short, the GCTA Coordinator brings the program to life — creating great experiences for girls in rugby while helping grow the female workforce across rugby.
