Rugby Event Applications

All Rugby Union events, tournaments, and matches conducted outside approved regular competitions, pre-season trials, inter association and/or other representative matches/programs must receive formal sanctioning approval.

Member Unions have the authority to sanction events, tournaments and matches which are conducted within their respective jurisdictions.

These Rugby Events must be submitted and run through Rugby Xplorer.

Fees are charged for all Rugby Events and are charged on a per player, per day basis as outlined below

International Tour Applications
Process:

Step One– Complete an International Tour Application Form

Step Two– Send to Queensland Rugby Union for approval

Step Three– QRU will forward signed International Tour Application Form to Rugby AU for approval

Step Four– Rugby AU will contact the respective National Union for approval. Once approval is granted Rugby AU will advise the applicant club/school/union of the approval
