Australian Schools and U18s side named to face Fiji Schools

Nine Queenslanders have been named to face Fiji Schools in the first match of the Australian Schools and U18s tour of New Zealand.


Reds Academy members Harry Vella (St Joseph’s Nudgee College), Zane Nonggorr and Dion Samuela (The Southport School), Keynan Tauakipulu (St Peter’s College), Glen Vaihu (St Joseph’s College Gregory Terrace), Will Roach (University of Queensland) and Josh Flook (Brothers) have been named to start, while George Blake (The Southport School) and Kalani Thomas (Ipswich Grammar School) will come off the bench.

The match is the first of three fixtures for the side across the ditch, with clashes against the New Zealand Schools Barbarians and New Zealand Schools to follow.
