Board Member

A Commissioner of the Australian Government Productivity Commission, Selwyn is a former partner of PwC Indigenous Consulting (PIC) where he worked with a range of organisations to realise the commercial and community potential of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander business, projects, and initiatives.

Prior to this he was the Registrar for Indigenous Corporations (ORIC), the Assistant Director-General, Indigenous Education with the Qld Department of Education, and Chief Executive Officer at QAIHC. He has also worked in a variety of government policy development roles within the Queensland Government.

Selwyn serves on numerous boards & committees including the Lowitja Institute, the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health, and the Aboriginal Centre for the Performing Arts. Selwyn has worked with Government and Indigenous organisations across urban and remote settings and has a strong commitment to improving outcomes for Indigenous people.

Selwyn holds a Bachelor of Teaching, Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and a Masters in Public Administration. He is also a member of CAANZ. Selwyn is chair of the QRU’s Community Rugby Committee.
