Catherine Clark

Board Member

Catherine Clark is a highly credentialled sport administrator and AICD qualified company director, presently holding the position of Commissioner at the Queensland Racing Integrity Commission.

Originally a Hockey player, Catherine has coached and played sport in The Netherlands, New Zealand, and Australia. Catherine's sport administration employment has included roles with Sport and Recreation New Zealand, the International Paralympic Committee, Gymsports New Zealand (Chief Executive Officer 2007-2008), Gymnastics Australia (Chief Executive Officer 2010-2012), Netball Queensland (Chief Executive Officer 2015-2021) and Paralympics Australia (Chief Executive Officer 2022-2024).

Catherine was elected to the QRU Board in March 2023. She is currently completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance and Risk Management at the Governance Institute of Australia.
