The Australian Schools Barbarians will also meet the International visitors ahead of the Australian Schoolboys tour to the UK and Ireland later in the year.

Australian Schools Head Coach Andrew Moloney said: “New Zealand Schools and Tonga Schools present two very different styles of Rugby so it’s a very good test for these players so early on in their Rugby careers.

“To be able to play for country on home soil is a great privilege and one that we are not taking lightly, and the team is looking forward to playing at Ballymore.”

On Saturday 6 October there will be a festival of Rugby at Ballymore with the Junior Gold Cup Final (U15s) to start the day, followed by the Junior Rugby Championship Final (U16s), leading into the Schools Fixtures.
